NQF SKILLS PROGRAMMES

Two credit-bearing skills programmes are offered by Q Systems.

This skills programme is specifically designed for staff operating in your food processing factory, finished goods warehouse or raw and packaging store.

The skills programme is designed to meet the outcomes of the following SAQA Unit Standards (US)

US 120410 Clean and sanitise food manufacturing equipment and surface manually
US 120403 Apply good manufacturing practices as part of a food safety system
US 120417 Understand the control of pests and waste materials as part of a food safety system
US 8804 Store and route food materials and products

This skills programme is designed to equip staff who are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of food safety systems in a food handling environment.

The skills programme is designed to meet the outcomes of the following SAQA Unit Standards (US)

US 123357 Conduct a hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) study in a food handling environment
US 120403 Apply good manufacturing practices as part of a food safety system
